Speak From Your Center™
A private coaching experience to help women speak and pray with confidence, clarity, and calm.
You don’t need to become more polished or find the “right words.”
You need to feel grounded and steady when your voice is called upon.
Speak From Your Center™ is designed for women who want to express themselves with ease—whether speaking in meetings, conversations, small groups, or when asked to pray aloud—without rushing, shrinking, or second-guessing themselves.
This work is not about performance.
It’s about presence, simplicity, and trust.

✨ Who This is For
This Experience Is for You If...
Speak From Your Center™ is especially supportive for women who:
-
Feel capable, yet tense or nervous when speaking aloud
-
Overthink their words or worry about sounding “right”
-
Feel anxious when unexpectedly asked to pray
-
Want to speak from conviction without forcing confidence
-
Desire a faith-aware approach that feels grounded and respectful
You don’t need more confidence tips.
You need a space where your voice can feel safe again.
🌿 What Makes This Different
A Different Kind of Confidence Work
This work is shaped by decades of listening, mentoring, and guiding women through moments where their voice matters most. Over the years, I’ve supported women in leadership, ministry, and everyday life as they learn to speak—and pray aloud—with clarity, confidence, and calm. What I offer here is not theory, but practice grounded in experience.
This is not public speaking training or prayer performance coaching.
Instead, we focus on:
-
grounding your body and breath
-
simplifying what you want to say
-
trusting your pace and presence
-
speaking and praying from a centered place
Confidence grows here through familiarity, not pressure.
Through practice, not perfection.
Through trust, not performance.
“Confidence doesn’t come from performance.
It comes from being grounded, clear, and present.”
🧭What We Work On Together
Throughout our time together, we gently focus on:
-
Speaking clearly without rambling or overexplaining
-
Staying calm and present when nerves arise
-
Slowing your pace without losing confidence
-
Praying aloud with sincerity and ease
-
Trusting silence and pauses as strength
-
Applying what you practice to real-life moments
This work meets you where you are and builds steadily from there.
🪜The Four-Session Journey
The Speak From Your Center™ Journey
This private coaching experience unfolds over four intentional weeks.
Each week builds gently on the one before it—allowing confidence to grow through practice, presence, and trust rather than pressure.
The Weekly Rhythm
Each week includes:
-
One private 60-minute coaching session
-
A simple voice and prayer practice to complete during the week
-
A short written reflection to help you notice what’s shifting
-
A brief check-in before moving into the next week
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, though pacing can be adjusted if needed.
The rhythm is designed to feel supportive and contained—not rushed or overwhelming.

🤍Prayer Integration
Prayer as Part of the Work
For women who desire it, prayer is gently woven into this experience.
This focus is not about eloquence or “knowing the right words.”
It’s about praying aloud with calm, sincerity, and presence.
We simplify language, remove pressure, and help your spoken prayer reflect the faith you already carry—so you can pray aloud with steadiness when the moment arises.
Prayer integration is always invitational and supportive, never forced.
“I no longer panic when I’m asked to speak or pray. I feel grounded. I take my time. I trust my voice.”
