The author of the book "Unbridled Dreams", Rhonda G. Mincey, said that there are still many problems faced by women throughout the world today. This includes gender equality issues, lack of women's representation in leadership, wage gaps, and access to education and health.
Apart from that, she believes empowering women to increase their role in all sectors is necessary. "Another challenge women face is a lack of self-confidence and the need for a growth mindset," she said on Saturday (25/11/23).
It was further stated that one of the steps she has taken to increase women's empowerment is through conferences that bring together women from various parts of the world to share their experiences and support each other.
"Our conference 'Unbridled Dreams' takes the theme 'expand, empower, explore.' The aim is to foster an environment where women can expand their horizons, empower themselves with each other, and explore new possibilities," she detailed regarding the activities taking place in Bali on November 22, 2023.
Lastly, she hopes every woman can contribute to, support, and realize women's dreams for the continuity of a better generation. "This strengthens our message and hope that women can overcome difficulties to become leaders in and outside their communities," she said.
