The Back Story

Rhonda Mincey was raised in a single-parent household and was not voted "Most Likely to Succeed" in high school. But she enrolled in college almost 30 years after graduating from high school, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Rhonda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, her Master’s Degree in Education, and her Graduate Certificate in Cyber Crime in just five years.  While obtaining her degrees, she was busy serving others and was awarded the Armstrong State University Service Award for making a significant impact in her community. This was one of many awards Rhonda received.

But her business acumen and love for serving others began many years prior. Rhonda founded Great Youth, Inc. a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit community-based organization in Bluffton, South Carolina. The mission of the organization was to equip girls and boys in middle school with the tools to become leaders, mentors, and role models. And before that Rhonda was awarded the Turner Broadcasting Station's Pathfinders Award in the family category. And the rest in herstory.

Rhonda was named a Top 25 Woman in Business 2021 by Courageous Woman Magazine. She continues to find new paths that inspire others from all walks of life and from all over the world to live a life of purpose, transforming their mindset from being believers to high achievers.
